My client is a leading travel specialist whose main role is bringing the sick & injured home from their holidays. They are seeking individuals who possess exceptional customer service and communication skills to work in a demanding and busy environment on a shift pattern of four “12” hour shifts followed by four days off both Day & Nights. 

As part of this dynamic team, you will be expected to use your initiative to arrange emergency medical travel arrangements for injured persons overseas. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, fares and ticketing knowledge and strong time management skills. 

The ideal candidate will have experience using Amadeus GDS or equivalent GDS, as well as being highly motivated and a strong team player.

Worldwide Flights Agent / Consultant Remuneration:

• Basic Salary – to £24000
• Yearly bonus, pension and night allowance for any Night shift worked plus overtime when available

My client, a specialist tour operator dealing with a wide range of luxury destinations and products, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with experience of working in the travel industry to join their growing business based in Central London.

A pivotal role within the company, the Digital Marketing Manager will help to shape, grow and enhance the marketing activities of the company as they look to grow.

Key areas of the role are PPC, SEO, content marketing, social, affiliates, so extensive experience of these is required.

This role will provide the new Marketing Manager an exciting opportunity to develop and scale innovative marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and build retention and loyalty amongst their existing customer base to deliver revenue growth and will provide the new Marketing Manager the opportunity to make their mark on a growing company.

Digital Marketing Manager Duties:

* Plan, manage and deliver market-leading, cross-channel marketing strategies to drive acquisition, grow revenue and repeat business
* Establish and deliver onsite content and SEO strategies & objectives.
* Monitoring marketing performance for ongoing campaigns, including proactive campaign optimisation. 
* Reporting on and optimising all marketing channels. Managing the content and design for all marketing activity including the website and newsletters

Digital Marketing Manager Experience Required:

* Extensive digital marketing experience including but not limited to setting & implementing strategies and managing sizeable marketing budgets across various channels
* Extensive knowledge of the travel industry
* Willingness to roll up their sleeves and be involve with day to day activities
* Strong analytical, project management skills and insight
* A creative and innovative approach, particularly to problem solving
* Experience in setting multi-channel targets, measuring activity and presenting results
* Experience of leading a team of marketing specialists
* Experience of Bought Media, Google & Bing PPC and SEO including experience with hands on paid search management
* Experience of analytics tools, general numerical and analytical skills, advanced Google Doc & MS Excel skills
* Strong written and verbal communication including the ability to present suggestions, recommendations and results with knowledge and confidence

My client, a leading luxury long haul tour operator, is seeking an experienced Far East / Middle East Product Manager to join their product division in order to maximise sales year on year and help support the development of the product portfolio. 

Candidates must have current Far East / Middle East product knowledge with good contacts within these regions.

Far East / Middle East Product Manager responsibilities: 

• Contracting and negotiating rates, with DMC's, bed banks, hoteliers etc
• Developing any new and potential business with suppliers
• Ensure best rates for hotels, destination and all other suppliers
• Negotiating special offers and promotions from suppliers
• To carry out regular competitor analysis 
• To forecast and monitor sales, profit and revenue performance weekly 

Far East / Middle East Product Manager Experience Required: 

• Exceptional product knowledge of the Far East / Middle East 
• Strong current commercial relationships with DMC’s, Hoteliers etc

My client, a leading luxury long haul tour operator, is seeking an experienced, personable Travel Consultant to join their growing reservations team selling a wide range of luxury long haul destinations.

Working on a predominately Monday to Friday basis, this role is based around customer service rather than sales so there are no set targets.

Luxury Tailormade Reservations Agent key duties include:

• Sell directly to the public and via travel agents either over the telephone, by email or face-to- face with customers visiting the office.
• Help maintain a growing database of loyal existing customers and attract new potential customers.
• Ensure that every effort is made to convert enquiries into options, and options into confirmed bookings.
• Use product knowledge to confidently cross-sell to other products if the required holiday is unavailable or unsuitable. 
• Answer initial queries about the holiday. Determining suitability and suggesting alternatives, where applicable.
• Answer queries for existing bookings, process amendments, where required, and help resolve any issues through liaising with Reservations Management and Customer Relations.
• Support the rest of the department with its administration to ensure deadlines are met and service levels remain high.
• Use knowledge gained from customers to inform the marketing and commercial departments of new trends and potential destinations.

Luxury Tailormade Reservations Agent Skills Required:

• Previous experience selling long haul tailormade holidays
• Excellent and specialized destination knowledge
• Persuasive and confident individual who can adapt to differing circumstances 
• Enjoys and comfortable selling a luxury brand.

Luxury Tailormade Reservations Agent Remuneration:

• Basic Salary to £23000
• Profit/performance related discretionary bonus
• Overtime worth approx £2000pa
• 09.00-17.30 hours Monday to Friday. 
• 23 days annual leave rising to 28 days after 5 years’ service and 33 days after 10 years’ service + bank holidays

• Using your destination knowledge and personal insight to design and convert to sale individual tailor-made itineraries to clients
• Offer the highest levels of customer service and be prepared to ‘go the extra mile’ throughout the sales and after-sales processes to ensure a high repeat ratio
• Confidently interact with clients by email, phone and occasionally face-to-face to build loyal relationships and repeat business
• Work closely with company product manager so you have first class product and region knowledge as expected by our clients
• Be confident to guide and recommend product that will exceed clients’ expectations

Scandinavia Specialist Reservations Agent Skills Required:

• A proven track record in short-haul sales in the Scandinavian region
• GDS experience, ideally Amadeus
• Commercially aware
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language would be a bonus but not essential
• Persuasive and confident individual who can adapt to differing circumstances 
• Enjoys and comfortable selling a luxury brand.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong customer service ethos

Scandinavia Specialist Reservations Agent Remuneration:

• Basic Salary to £25000
• OTE to £29000
